Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Electronics must be in original condition with all accessories and packaging included.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the device in its original box with all manuals and cables. Ensure the item is well-padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account portal and affix it clearly to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
